It is appropriate for both managers and high-level individual contributors to attend. Cohort groups can be drawn from cross-functional populations or be composed of intact teams.
Pre-Work: Prepare A Real Life Case
Participants will engage in a valuable exercise where they are tasked with writing a case that outlines their most challenging influence scenario. The case should be current, relevant, and significant to both the individual and the organization.
We prefer that participants choose a situation where they have already applied their best thinking but have been unable to find a solution with significant implications.
